Establish an IBC/Investment Account/Foundation

To establish an Investment Account, Foundation, or International Business Company (IBC) with MCP², kindly review the mandatory requirements, then download and complete the relevant Account or IBC Application Form. Once the Form has been completed it should be signed and initially faxed to us. The original documents should be returned by mail or delivered to the office.

Mandatory Documentation

To open an Investment Account and/or establish a Foundation or IBC the following due diligence information is required and must be received prior to activation of the account, IBC or Foundation:

Photo Identification (copy of both passport and driver’s license)
Confirmation of Permanent Address by the presentation of an original utility statement.
A Bank Reference must be addressed directly to either Montaque Capital Partners, Ltd. or Montaque Corporate Partners, Ltd. and indicate that the individual has been a client in good standing for at least three years.
A Character Reference must be addressed directly to either Montaque Capital Partners, Ltd. or Montaque Corporate Partners, Ltd.
The appropriate and relevant standard forms provided by MCP² must be completed and returned: Private Client Agreement, Investment Account Agreement, Due Diligence Form1, Due Diligence Form2, Client Consent Letter, IBC/Account Application Form, Investor Profile, Shares Trust Form, Provision of Officers & Directors Letter, or MCP Foundation Application Form.

Where the proposed account holder or beneficial owner of the IBC has not been interviewed in person by an officer of MCP² the documents noted in 1. and 2. above must be authenticated by a notary public.

Please note that absolutely no activity will be allowed on the account until all of the above documents have been received at the office.
