Where MCP² takes on the role of facilitating investment management for a client, a thorough review of the individual client’s profile dictates the degree of any deviation from the firm’s basic tenet of capital appreciation and preservation.
In accordance with the above investment philosophy, MCP² offers its clients the option of three investment strategies:
Conservative – protection of capital without speculation.
Instruments: fixed deposits, money market funds, bonds, insurance-based annuities, treasury notes, government-issued debt.
Growth – emphasis on capital appreciation with some consideration for yield.
Instruments: convertible bonds, equities, equity mutual funds.
Dynamic – aggressive emphasis on capital gains.
Instruments: speculative equities.
In the absence of a clearly defined investment strategy by the client, MCP² will implement a combined conservative/growth approach.
MCP² will also explore foreign direct investment opportunities for the client who seeks a long-term presence in a particular jurisdiction.
